Laura Landrum, LCSW, LAC, MSW, MPH

My practice is focused on helping adults and teens gain insight into their actions and beliefs, resolve conflict, and release burdens that are holding them in the past. Clients who seek my care are often searching for meaning and looking for help when talk therapy alone has not been enough. I enjoy working with folks who are wondering how their past is influencing their experiences today, as well as individuals who are processing a life transition and looking to deepen their relationships with themselves and others.

I bring a deep understanding of this work, as well as empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity to our shared space. My primary goal is to help clients discover their own solutions and potential by facilitating self-exploration, self-acceptance, and personal growth. In my practice, clients find healing through life-changing therapeutic approaches, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic processing.

Contacting a therapist is brave - If you're interested in working together or simply learning more about my practice, please reach out!
