You’ve been
carrying this
long enough.

Somatic therapy, IFS, AND EMDR for people who are ready to go deeper than talking about their week.

You've probably done some version of this before. The journaling. The books. The conversations with people who care about you. And something still hasn't shifted.

That's not a sign you're doing it wrong. That's a sign the part of you that needs to change might not live in your thoughts at all.

The goal here isn't to feel good all the time. It's to feel steady inside the life you already have, regardless of what you've been carrying.

That's where this work starts.

Before I was a therapist, I was a backcountry guide.

I spent years taking people into terrain they weren't sure they could handle. High altitude, bad weather, long days. The physical part was never actually the hardest. What I kept noticing was what happened to people when they got through something they thought was going to break them.

That's why I became a therapist. I wanted to keep being in that room.

I've lived in Summit County for over a decade. I'm not someone who moved here to work. I'm part of this community. I know what it feels like to build a life here, to run into people you know everywhere you go, and to carry something privately in a place that looks, from the outside, like paradise. My clients don't have to explain that context to me. I already get it.

I'm a certified EMDR therapist and I'm currently completing my IFS certification. I'm direct. I'm curious. I don't flinch at hard things. There's nothing you can bring into the room that's too much for me to hold with you.

1:1 Therapy

Whether you know exactly what you're dealing with or you're still trying to name it, we start with what you bring in. I work with adults and adolescents across a wide range of experiences. The approach shifts to fit you, not the other way around.

EMDR Therapy

You've explained it. You've traced it back. And it still shows up the same way it always has. EMDR works with where those experiences actually live in the nervous system, not just what you think about them. I'm certified. This is central to how I practice.

Play Therapy

Kids don't always have words for what they're carrying—and they don't need to.  I work with children from a family systems perspective, meaning I'm looking at the whole picture. What's happening at home matters as much as what's happening in the room.

Ready to reach out?

You don't need to have everything figured out first. That's what the first conversation is for.

Supervision

If you're a therapist working toward EMDR certification, I offer consultation that counts toward your hours. I'm an EMDR Consultant-in-Training. I work with clinicians who want honest feedback on their cases and real room to develop the work.
